The power of this work is best experienced in longer term work where there is time for leaning into patterns that have been there for years and integration.

When you find yourself stuck spinning your wheels at times because you get distracted from you would like to be doing each day to move forward, everything feels like too much and you wonder if you are able to do it all without blowing a gasket or collapsing in a heap.... and when you feel like you can't trust yourself to make good decisions or just do the things you need and want to do, it can feel tough and like there is no way out. 

That feeling of being a deer stuck in headlights can feel very real too!

This program is very much tailored to you and what you are struggling with though. And working with these things often require us to work with your survival physiology, really tune into the wisdom of your body and heal that mind / body disconnect that so often keeps us safe, but not necessarily as authentic, confident and in control as we would like to be.

The key is to get to know yourself and your unique mind / body combination is working at a deeper level because often the challenges we are working with have a root cause that is unconscious and related to our survival physiology.

In this 6 months together doing fortnightly 60-minute sessions together, we'll be able to dive deeper into working with your biggest struggles so you can gain clarity on what is behind them, heal those parts of you holding back and then create what you want for yourself from that place of transformation.

We can also work together weekly over 3 months if that is the right thing for you too.

You'll be able to:

• stop spinning your wheels and finally know how to move forward in life and business in a way that feels good for you
• experience more emotional regulation and resilience so you can feel less stressed and less avoidant or overwhelmingly anxious when everything feels like too much
• Quieten those voices in your head that stop you in your tracks, so you can trust yourself and confidently embrace your own uniqueness.

You'll get:

• 12 x 60-minute sessions 1:1 with me weekly, fortnightly or monthly
• Text & voice access to me in between sessions for further learning, integration, discussion and support
• creation, deepening and expansion of a simple daily practice that is tailored to you to support your emotional resilience and ability to engage with others well, think clearly and experience more calm.
• A deeper understanding of what is behind each of your biggest struggles and how to work with them to move forward the way you want to
• Self-healing techniques you can use on your own

The investment for this program is A $ 1,800

You can do this as:

• weekly over 3 months @ A $ 600 / month
• Fortnightly over 6 months @ A $ 300 / month
• Monthly over 12 months @ A $ 150 / month
